School Board approves 10 employee retirements

Nine certified personnel, with a combined total of 256 years of experience, have retired from the St. Tammany Parish School System.

The School Board approved their retirements recently.

They are Dianne Andry, Covington High, 25 years, 23.33 with St. Tammany; Dorothy Swift, Covington High, 27.39 years, 12.50 with St. Tammany; Barbara Lee, Lyon Elementary, 32.44 years, 10 years with St. Tammany; Victor Noto, Mandeville High, 28.21 years, all with St. Tammany; William Schneider, Mandeville High, 25.36 years, eight years with St. Tammany; Tyrone Callahan Sr., Mandeville Junior High, 39 years, all with St. Tammany; Willie Boyd, Northshore High, 31.24 years, 18.42 years with St. Tammany; Charlie Bowman, Pearl River High, 34 years, all with St. Tammany; and Debra Bell, Salmen High, 13.29 years, eight years with St. Tammany.

Also retiring is non-certified employee Letitia Rollins, St. Tammany Junior High, 5.14 years, all with St. Tammany.
