The three men and a woman were arrested in the 5:30 a.m. Friday raid by the Sheriff’s Office SWAT team and federal Drug Enforcement Agency agents at 200 Cleveland St. Apt. A outside Slidell city limits.
The woman’s 2-year boy was also inside the home, according to a news release.

Bonnet, who declined to say if the drugs were part of a larger narcotic network, only said, “aspects of the investigation are still ongoing.” More arrests are possible, he said.
“We’re still trying to workout the extent of the narcotics they were moving,” Bonnett said. “But its fair to say we typically see cocaine, crack cocaine, prescription pills and marijuana, but its not everyday we see this quantity of heroin. It was unique in that sense.”
The warrant also revealed a small quantity of marijuana, prescription medication with no accompanying prescription, several scales and various paraphernalia.
The street value of the heroin is estimated at $2,000 to $2,500, according to the news release. Typically 1/2 gram, depending on purity, costs $100, Bonnett said.
Investigators on Wednesday were testing the recovered heroin’s purity in hopes of tracing its origins and understanding the drug’s potency for users.
Arrested were Shann Marshall, 23, Brandon Quezergue, 22, Brice Cherry, 27, and Kinda Brown, 22, the mother of the two-year-old boy. All were thought to be living in the apartment or staying there temporarily.
Brown was arrested and released on a summons for simple possession. The others were booked with 21 drug possession counts in all and booked into St. Tammany Parish Jail with bonds in excess of $500,000.
All three men face possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of drugs presence of a juvenile, monetary instrument abuse stemming from the counterfeit money, and possession of Xanax, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Marshall and Quezergue were also booked with possession of hydrocodone, a powerful painkiller. In addition, Quezergue was booked with possession of a legend drug without a prescription for the drug Soma, a sedative.
It was also unclear Wednesday how the suspects obtained the counterfeit money or how much has been circulated.
