Fundraiser for Funck rescheduled Sept. 27

Saturday’s custom car show benefit for Devin Funck at the Northshore Harbor Center in Slidell has been postponed to Sept. 27 due to Hurricane Gustav.

Proceeds from the show will go toward medical expenses for the boy, who lost his left arm in a July 30 alligator attack.

The event will feature an array of custom cars, trucks and motorcycles, inflatables for the children and food concessions.
