Jesuit won last year’s battle, 24-14.
Fontainebleau second-year coach Gregg Hudson said his club, coming off a 6-5 season, had its first practice on Monday following Hurricane Gustav.

Fontainebleau defeated the Holy Cross Tigers, 24-21, in the Mandeville Jamboree on Aug. 29. The Bulldogs came back from a 14-0 deficit.
“We played like zombies during the first eight minutes before we got out of the funk and settled down playing Bulldog football,” Hudson added.
Hudson said Jesuit features a multiple spread offense.
“They’ll line up in an I-formation but also give multiple looks out of the shotgun. They are a typical Jesuit team, which doesn’t make many mistakes. They are a solid looking team.”
Hudson said his defense would have to guard against giving up the big play.
“We need to make them earn things,” Hudson said.
