Thomas-Bulmer

Bruce and Cassandra Bulmer, of Fincastle, Va., formerly of Slidell, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Chandra Ann Bulmer, to Nicholas Michael Thomas, son of Steven and Paula Thomas of Atlanta.

Bulmer is the granddaughter of former long time Slidell residents John and Evelyn Bulmer, who now reside in Amite. Her maternal grandparents were the late Dudley and Mary Lou Cabiran, who were also long time Slidell residents.

Chandra is a graduate of Hixson High School and the University of Tennessee both in Chattanooga, Tenn. She is a graphic designer with Speqtrum PPS, Inc. in Lilburn,  Ga.

Nicholas graduated from Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas, and Gwinnett Technical College in Lawrenceville, Ga. He is a senior data center technician with Checkfree/Fiserv in Norcross, Ga.

A Valentine’s Day wedding will be celebrated Feb. 14 at Grace Fellowship Church in Snellville, Ga.
