Bellisario hosting community meeting

Published on Monday, June 1, 2009 9:45 AM CDT

District 9 Parish Councilman Gene Bellisario has set his next community meeting for 7 p.m. June 2 at the Boyet Junior High cafeteria.

The councilman will be discussing the utility rates issue in the parish as well as the delay in parish-wide reassessment.

He will also discuss the upcoming vote on whether or not to allow video bingo in the parish.

Bellisario said there will be a set agenda for the meeting.

However if a resident has a subject to discuss they should contact the councilman before the meeting so he can research the issue and add it to the agenda.

All suggestions should be sent to the councilman at Genebell07@yahoo.com
