BROOM

William Byran Broom, 47, of Slidell, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009.

He was the beloved husband of Barbara Broom; stepfather of Christopher Michael Glory, Jessica Nicole Glory and Regina Diane Sharp; son of the late Joseph and Sandra Broom; brother of Flint Broom, Clayton Broom, JoEllen Normand, Abigale Breedlove and Felicia Carpenter. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

He as a native and lifelong resident of Slidell.

BROOM

A funeral service was held last Monday at Honaker Funeral Home in Slidell. Donations to: Lifeshore Hospice, 2659 N. Causeway Blvd., Mandeville, LA 70471, preferred, in lieu of flowers.

    " we are all going to miss you bill. you were such a sweet person to everyone that knew you. Jim and i loved you like you were our own child. he thinks about you often and its going to take a long time to get over your passing.i know you are in a better place, than what we have here on earth.
