Nicholas “Nick” Joseph Martino III, 51, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a native of Metairie and a resident of Covington.

He was the beloved father of Jennifer and Sarah Martino; son of Sarah L. Martino and the late Nicholas J. Martino Jr.; brother of Susan M. Labatut and M’Liss M. Krieger; grandfather of Kane M. and Karah Turkin; and loving companion of Yvonne Sentilles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends, also employees of Gulf Crane, are invited to attend a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 2480 U.S. Highway 190 E., Mandeville with visitation from noon until service time. Arrangements by Bagnell & Son Funeral Home of Covington.
