St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court Malise Prieto announced the Employees of the Month for the first quarter of 2009 to be Susan Nicodemus, Renee Kliebert and Barbara Magee.

Employees are nominated program by customers, coworkers and managers and then selected for displaying attributes such as providing excellent customer service, being a team player, sharing the Clerk’s vision, leadership skills, sharing knowledge and mentoring coworkers, while displaying a number of other positive qualities.  The Clerk’s goal is to provide exemplary customer service to all who call upon her office, and these employees personify traits leading to that goal.

Susan Nicodemus, January Employee of the Month, was selected last January to be part of the court team assigned to Division H Judge Allison Penzato, one of the 22nd JDC’s newest judges.

Malise Prieto, far right, of the St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court named Employees of the Month for the first quarter, Susan Nicodemus, Renee Kliebert and Barbara Magee.

Nicodemus’ current daily duties include: typing subpoenas, typing notices of assignments and court minutes, preparing criminal dockets, attending court for arraignments and processing all motions and other legal documents for Division H.  She was selected for her professional demeanor while serving the public, attorneys, police officers, witnesses and defendants with whom she comes in contact on the telephone and in court.

Renee Kliebert’s, February Employee of the Month, current assignment is with Judge Burris, Division E, as a felony minute clerk. She is very focused and can produce a large volume of work very efficiently. Kliebert was selected for her great problem-solving skills, while gathering accurate and detailed information for the public and other governmental agencies.

Barbara Magee is March Employee of the Month, and her current assignment is with the non-support court team.  She prepares and sends out services for upcoming court dates, prints dockets and researches the court records prior to court dates, and issues notices of judgment after a decision is rendered by the judge. Magee was selected for her strong and dedicated work ethic.
