I-59 ramp closed Tuesday The Department of Transportation Development will close the southbound ramp of Interstate 59 at U.S. Highway 11 and Louisiana Highway 1090 from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday for construction. If the weather does not cooperate, the ramp will be closed to traffic Wednesday.
