Have fun but be safe
Halloween is a very big holiday in this part of the country. Maybe that is because Halloween is a tune-up for Mardi Gras with people dressing up in crazy costumes, and another reason to have a party.

Yilver Ponce has a record of DWI going back to 2000, but because of the legal system, he has only spent 60 days in jail. He also was ordered into rehabilitation programs, which obviously did not work.
