St. Tammany Parish Hospital Offering H1N1 (Swine) Flu Vaccinations

H1N1 vaccine only available to qualifying individuals

St. Tammany Parish Hospital is offering H1N1 flu vaccinations through its Community Wellness Center, St. Tammany Physicians Network offices and Family Medical Center to individuals qualifying through certain guidelines. The H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccinations are available to qualified individuals according to Centers for Disease Control guidelines at the STPH Community Wellness Center 1505 North Florida Street, Covington, LA. To find out if a person qualifies for a vaccination, call (985) 871-6030 and select option one.

The CWC accepts: Medicaid patients between six months and 21 years of age and people with Medicare Part B coverage. All others are subject to a $10 fee.

H1N1 flu vaccinations are available to established patients meeting CDC guidelines at the following locations: St. Tammany Physicians Network in Covington, 80 Gardenia Drive, Covington, (985) 871-5900; St. Tammany Physicians Network 201 St. Ann Drive, Mandeville,(985) 626-1717 and STPH Family Medical Clinic, 711 Riverside Drive, Franklinton, (985) 839-9895
