HAMMONS

James Edward Hammons entered into eternal rest Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009.

He is survived by his parents, Beverly Hammons and Edward “Bubba” Pittman; son, Dayne Otis Hammons; and his special love, Stacie Harris. He is also survived by his sister, Samantha Jean Pittman; and grandparents, Davey Joe and Nellie Joy Hammons.

He was preceded in death by grandmother, Madiline Pittman; and aunt, Cindy Evette Hammons.

James loved going on the river with his family and friends. His gentle smile will be missed by many uncles, aunts and cousins.

A memorial service was held yesterday at Williams Funeral Home in Pearl River.
