Annette Willie Stein Collins passed away Friday, Nov. 13, 2009. She was born in Folsom April 28, 1932, to the late Frank and Edna Stevens Willie. The beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Stein, she raised her family in Madisonville.

She was the loving mother to three children, William Bruce Stein, Patti Eraine Stein Carlson and the late Vicki Lynn Stein. She is survived by five grandchildren, William Blake Stein, Benjamin Bruce Stein, Belinda Leanne Stein Barron, Christopher William Blackwell and David Ray Blackwell and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday from the chapel of E.J. Fielding Funeral Home. Interment was in the Theo Dendinger Cemetery in Madisonville. Sign the family guest book online at www.ejfieldingfh.com.
