In praise of female athletes

Around this time of the year most everybody around here is football crazy. It’s time for the divisional playoffs in high school football; college teams are coming to the end of their season, and are hoping for bowl bids, or even a trip to the BCS. And of course there is our beloved Saints on an amazing trip. With a 9-0 season so far, there is talk of, dare we say it, Super Bowl aspirations?
