Michael A. Dunn departed from this life at his home Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, at the age of 65.

He was the beloved husband of Teresa Dehner Dunn; devoted father of Sara R. Dunn; son of Paul F. Dunn Sr. and Beatrice Kempton Dunn; stepfather of Rayme B. Pullen and husband Kenneth R. Pullen, B. David Burkhart and fiancée Anemone Andronescu, John M. Mabry Jr., and Melissa M. Almerico; grandfather of Ryen E. Pullen; brother of Paul F. Dunn Jr. and wife Vancia C. Dunn, John C. Dunn and wife Rose Ann M. Dunn, Fred Dunn and wife Pamela S. Dunn, Leonard J. Dunn, Alicia M. Dunn and husband William F. Baker, Ann Marie Acree and husband Trey Acree.

He was a member of the Northshore Mustang Club and Delta Fraternity.

Relatives and friends of the family and employees of Bennett & Associates are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial at 11:30 a.m. today at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 329 S. Jaime Blvd., Avondale. Visitation is from 9 a.m. to service time. Interment will follow in God’s Acres Cemetery, Terre Mariae Boulevard, Covington. In lieu of flowers, make donations to Dean R. O’Neill Cell Cancer Research Fund c/o Foundation for the NIH, 9650 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Md. Serenity Funeral Home, Kempton-Dunn & Son, Covington in charge of the arrangements.
