Mandeville blanks Hahnville

Mandeville freshman Delaney Sheehan tallied two goals and KK Peters added one to help lead the Lady Skippers to a 3-0 victory over the Hahnville Lady Tigers Wednesday in their season opening victory.

The match was scoreless at the half. Sheehan broke through with the Lady Skippers’ first goal in the 45th minute. Sheehan netted her second goal 10 minutes later and Peters closed out the scoring by following up a corner kick in the 60th minute of action. Mandeville named Lindsay Smith its top defender.
