Entertainment and The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 13 are holding a November to Dismember at Northshore Harbor Center in Slidell Friday. The doors open at 6 p.m. with the first bell at 7.

Proceeds will benefit The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 13. One of the group’s programs is Shop with a Cop. They take children shopping with a police officer and the lodge picks up the bill.

The Harbor Center also held a wrestling show Sept. 18.

Fraternal Order of Police board member Gary Ranatuza said the November to Dismember will be one to remember.

“I’m really excited. This is going to be a big show full of surprises and a lot of entertainment,” Ranatuza said. “It’s good family entertainment. It’s good for all ages.”

The event features Slidell’s Kevin Northcutt (6-foot-6, 240 pounds). He put his Louisiana Heavyweight Title on the line against International Superstar the Metalmaster in the September show and won. Last month, he lost his title to Mississippi’s Rod Price, who is also wrestling Friday.

Northcutt, 34, made his debut in 1994. He has earned first-degree black belts in Jiu-Jitsu, Shotokan and Tae Kwon Do.

Northcutt is a nine-time National Wrestling Alliance Texas Heavyweight Title holder to go with his Louisiana Heavyweight Title.

He’s been involved with two major companies, World Championship Wrestling (1998-2001) and Total Non-Stop Action (2002-2005). Now he’s working with the NWA and makes trips to Japan to work with New Japan Pro Wrestling Company.

He will be looking to get back on the winning track Friday night.

The show also features two-time World Wrestling Entertainment Champion Jazz along with former WWE star Rodney Mack and former World Championship Wrestling’s Ronnie Vegas.

Ringside seats cost $20, while general admission tickets are $15.

You can purchase tickets by calling 781-3650 or 768-1272 or you can get them at the door.
