The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, is accepting written comments on a draft Louisiana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (LPDES) permit prepared for Southeastern Louisiana Water & Sewer Co, LLC, Preferred Equities Wastewater Treatment Plant, 350 North Causeway Blvd, Mandeville, LA 70448.
